CORI Form and Fingerprinting Information

Please see the links to the right to access the CORI (Criminal Offender Registry Information) SORI (Sexual Offender Registry Information) Application/Consent Form and the BBRSD Information sheet on how to have fingerprinting done. 

CORI/SORI checks are valid for three years.

Fingerprints are good for seven years. If you have had them done and have not left the district

that received your original report, you will not need to have them redone. 

If you are a new employee, please have your suitability letter sent to Nicole Bilotta at nbilotta@bbrsd.org.
