Emotions at home: How do we want to feel? (a family activity)
This article provides instructions for creating an emotional charter for those of you at home. This is a way to explore how people are currently feeling, how they would like to feel, and how they are going to work togehter to all feel that way. This could be a wonderful group experience and could produce a product to serve you well beyond the current crisis.
