We must understand everyone’s success and struggles in order to teach them and we must offer the right amount of support and challenge to encourage mental, emotional, and physical growth…From my years as a teacher and a leader, my work with students, teachers, parents and administrators provide me with insight, inspiration and always includes lots of laughter and love! I understand the importance of school culture and recognize the need for positive interpersonal relationships between leadership, staff and students.”
