I began my teaching career in Hinsdale, NH teaching special education to students in grades pk through 6. Since then I have taught middle school in Shirley, MA and was a high school Special Education Coordinator in both Clinton and Leominster, MA. My first job as a Special Education Director was in Millbury, and now I am so fortunate to be working in the Berlin-Boylston School System. I tell everyone that this system is a jewel in Central Ma, with great students and strong parent and community support. The schools have a strong Special Education and English as a Second Language staff, and highly educated general education teachers to partner with. We are also fortunate to have a committed group of parents running the SEPAC organization, which brings informational programs to the schools and provides a yearly scholarship for a deserving senior.
